Is TYGR a hospital?
No. TYGR is a digital health platform for learning, private consults with licensed specialists, verified supplements and an anonymous community. For emergencies, or anything that needs a physical exam, go to a hospital or clinic.
How do you keep my information private?
We collect only what each wing needs, encrypt it, and never sell it. Consults are private and encrypted, and we follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Read our privacy pledge.
Can I use TYGR without anyone knowing?
Yes. Post in The Streak under an anonymous handle, and Market orders arrive in plain packaging under a neutral sender name. On this site, discreet mode hides sensitive words and images, and the Exit button takes you to Google in one tap.
How do you check that specialists are qualified?
Every doctor is checked against the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) register, and other professionals against their Nigerian regulatory body. We also confirm their identity and interview them before they can see anyone. See how we verify.
How do I know a supplement on TYGR Market is genuine?
Every product shows its NAFDAC registration number, which we check before it goes on sale. We also check each vendor's registration and batch records, and use lab testing where it applies.
How much does TYGR cost?
Creating a TYGR ID is free, and so are Academy starter lessons and The Streak. Full courses, consults and products are paid, and you'll always see the price in naira before you pay. [TODO: confirm free features before launch.]
Can I sell my products or offer consultations on TYGR?
Yes, if you pass our checks. Licensed specialists can register their interest, and vendors with NAFDAC-registered products can apply to sell.
