Safety and support
TYGR is for honest conversations about health. These are the rules that keep it safe, how we enforce them, and where to turn if you need help now.
Community guidelines for The Streak
The Streak works because people can be honest. These four rules protect that. Breaking them can get a post removed or an account suspended.
No shaming
No mocking, blaming or judging anyone for their body, health, sexuality, choices or questions. Disagree with ideas, never attack people.
No selling
No ads, links to shops, promo codes or private offers. Products are sold only through TYGR Market, where they are checked.
No medical claims
Share your experience, not cures. No posts promising that a product, remedy or practice will cure or fix anything.
No explicit images
No nude or sexual images of anyone, ever. Describe symptoms in words. If a specialist needs to see something, book a private Clinic consult.
Also, look after yourself
- Keep your handle anonymous. Don't share your name, workplace, street or phone number.
- Never send money or personal details to someone you met on The Streak.
- Replies from members are experience, not medical advice. Look for the Expert answer badge.
How reporting and moderation work
Tap Report
Every post and reply has a Report button. Choose the reason. The person you report is never told who reported them.
A moderator reviews it
Real people, trained in our guidelines, review every report. [TODO: confirm moderation hours and target response time.]
We act
We may remove the post, warn the member or suspend the account. Posts that suggest someone is in danger are escalated straight away. [TODO: confirm escalation process.]
