TYGR exists for the things people find hard to talk about. Keeping them private isn't a feature we added. It's the reason we built TYGR this way.
Five promises
We never sell your data.
Not to advertisers, data brokers, employers or anyone else. We don't run advertising pixels on this site, and we never will.
Consults are private and encrypted.
What you discuss with a Clinic specialist is encrypted and seen only by you and the people caring for you.
You can post in The Streak without revealing who you are.
You choose an anonymous handle. Other members never see your name, number or email.
Orders ship in plain packaging under a neutral name.
Nothing on the outside of a Market parcel says what's inside or that it's about health.
You can download or delete your data at any time.
Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. We'll confirm when it's done.

Quick exit
The Exit button in the top corner of every page takes you to Google straight away. Pressing Esc twice does the same. This page won't appear when you press Back.
Discreet mode
Hides sensitive words and images, and makes the browser tab just say TYGR. Turn it on in the header. In discreet mode, moving between pages here takes up a single step in your Back button.
No ad trackers
This site loads no advertising pixels and sets no cookies of its own. We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that don't identify you.
The quiz stays on your device
Your Find your path answers are never saved or sent anywhere.
Your TYGR account and the Academy guide
The guide's answers are written by AI
When you ask the Academy guide a question, we send it to Moonshot AI, a company based in China, whose Kimi AI model writes the answer. It gets your question and the recent messages in that chat, never your email or account details. Leave out your name and anything else that identifies you.
Your account and chats are stored with Supabase
Your TYGR account, which is your email address, and your Academy chats are kept by Supabase, our account and database provider. Other members can't see them.
Delete any chat yourself
Open Your chats in the guide and delete any chat. It's removed from our database straight away. You can't delete your whole account in the app yet, so email privacy@tygr.example and we'll do it for you.
One sign-in, kept in a cookie
Signing in sets small cookies whose names start with tygr-auth. They keep you signed in for up to 400 days, and every TYGR site shares them, so your browser sends them here too. They're never used for ads, and signing out removes them.
If you share a phone or computer
- Use a private or incognito window. It won't save the pages you visit.
- Quick exit can't erase history you've already made. Clear your browsing history if you need to.
- Turn on discreet mode before you start, so sensitive words stay hidden.
Your rights
We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, download it, object to how we use it, or ask us to delete it. Our privacy policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and which providers and countries it goes to.
